7+ Years Active
CPAR Performance Summary — NBIS Program (2019–2026)
Exceptional — Quality (multiple periods) Exceptional — Schedule (multiple periods) Exceptional — Management (multiple periods) Very Good — Quality & Schedule (recent periods)

Zero cost variance across all FFP contracts. Zero schedule variance. No corrective actions in seven years.

DCSA and DISA required an independent technical advisor to provide honest oversight of the NBIS program — a $2.2B+ consolidated federal IT system for end-to-end personnel vetting across all federal agencies.

CACG deployed a CMMI-aligned ITMSS team providing: IMS development (merging 7 system schedules), Enterprise Architecture, ARB facilitation, migration and product roadmaps (18- and 36-month horizons), Clinger-Cohen and GAO audit response support, DoDAF artifact development, and acquisition strategy advisory.

Seven NBIS contracts across two federal customers over seven continuous years. Multiple Exceptional CPAR ratings. Emergency weekend deployment saved the 2.5 release. ARB process credited as critical in moving NBIS from planning to execution phase.

"CACG was pulled in to provide emergency support, working through the weekend to deliver findings and resolutions. Their rapid action ensured the 2.5 release was deployed on time."
